When a long-standing client asked to meet about a potential national tenant for his shopping center, Casella was obviously intrigued. Our team consulted on the space and presented budgets to the owner and tenant in order to get the deal done. Casella worked with the construction team at Sherwin Williams in order to build a high-quality retail environment. We continue to build Sherwin Williams stores in the tri-state area.
